Travis Conley founded Conley Management Group by integrating his experience in construction and real estate development to create a fully integrated firm. Travis is responsible for the firm's operation and management to ensure that his team is meeting client expectations and goals.
As the son of a builder he has grown up in the construction industry working in the various trades throughout his early career. He credits the technical experience he acquired while working in the trades to much of his success. He believes his technical knowledge of the construction process has provided the foundation for his in depth understanding of design, construction, and property operations. Travis holds an undergraduate degree in Economics & History from Rutgers University, and then pursued his Masters in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama. In 2011 he went to work for a Family Office operating a real estate development, construction, and property management firm based in New York City. Travis took lead on the Family Office's real estate investments, construction, development, and management of the multi-family, retail, and commercial portfolios. Travis to this day continues to work with Family Office and its affiliate companies in the strategic management of its real estate assets while spearheading new projects under Conley Management Group.

Justin Conley has been actively involved in the construction and facilities management industry for 10+ years holding supervisory roles in construction management and facilities operations. Justin's experience managing development projects and building operations allows him to provide a detailed analysis of budgets, cost projections, workflow scheduling, purchasing plans, and project estimation.
Justin has completed a wide range of multi-million dollar construction projects and complex capital improvements. His extensive knowledge of the building process, cost controls, and scheduling allows him to effectively manage project budgets and timelines. In addition to his experience in the construction industry, Justin has a background in leasing and building management which has given him the unique ability to identify synergies and cost saving measures throughout a properties life cycle. He uses his past experiences to enhance his analysis of projects by understanding budgets, design implications, timelines, and how they interact to create a successful project.
Justin has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and is a certified project manager.

He has over 40 years of technical construction knowledge and has managed both large and small scale luxury residential projects. He works directly with employees, field personnel, sub contractors, and clients to ensure projects and properties are in line with client expectations and budgets.
