Excavation and installation of new concrete and rebar foundation systems for a cantilevered slab. Installation of new Utilities; Water, Fire Sprinkler, Gas, Electrical.  Construction of new building using heavy gauge metal framing systems and required interior and exterior finishes. Installation of new MEP systems throughout building.

Size: 50 Acres, 28 Homes, Ground Up Development

Admin/Design/Zoning Scope: Work with Architect to finalize drawing set for construction and zoning approvals for 2 Subdivisions. Obtain all zoning and permit approvals with local township in coordination with architects, engineers, and attorney. Admin. Management and performance all required inspections for occupancy of new building.  
Construction Scope: Site Work which included the installation of new roads, drainage, and grading required for two new cul-de-sacs in separate locations on site.  Installation of new utilities serving the development which included Electrical, Septic Systems, Well Systems, and Propane Gas. Installation of site improvements such as entrance gates and landscaping systems. Construction and Development of single family homes on site.

Repair and Installation of new structural joists damaged throughout premises which required shoring and direct replacement of structural joists. Repair and modernization of all HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Ventilation Systems. Tenant fit out and general site upgrades and improvements.
